Who is Ophidia?

I am re-releasing this single called Ophidia and you might wonder who that is or what the means?

Ophidia is a scientific name for all modern snakes and reptiles closely related to snakes.

The name Ophidia derives from the Ancient Greek word “ Ophidion” meaning small snake.

So why the hell am am singing about snakes?

A few years ago I embarked on another one of my healing journeys and this one was under the wings of homeopathy.

I had a huge privilege to be guided by my close friend and incredibly powerful homeopath @ero_health_and_wellness

She helped find my constitutional remedy, the remedy that would help penetrate and unearth the deepest, unconscious wounds and induce healing and transformation.
As many of you know homeopathic remedies can be made of pretty much anything and there is one remedy that is made of snakes poison.

This is the one that was found to be my personal constitutional remedy.

The journey of taking the snakes poison remedy for a period of a few years was wild and powerful and really intense!!

It was so humbling to experience this encounter with my own remedy that I was inspired to write and dedicate a song to it.

Ophidia is a snakes poison and healing remedy at the same time.


The biggest lesson of it all is the visceral understanding of how our deepest wounds and shadows hold our deepest healing and our innate gifts, but only after we are courageous enough to face and embrace them!
